Woohooo! It’s time to start thinking about your Spring mini-sessions! I’m sure things have changed rapidly in your own life, or family life, since our last set of mini-sessions last fall. Time to document life again and this current beautiful season 🙂
Two mini-session locations for this Spring 2022, one in Pasadena, and one in a natural light studio in Downtown Los Angeles (with special blooms by Violette’s Flowers!)
Here’s what you need to know, along with the sign-up links:
LOS ANGELES SPRING MINI SESSION DETAILS:
Session Length: 20 minutes
Delivered Images: 25 self-selected high-resolution, digital, color-corrected images in online gallery (option to purchase entire image gallery or additional single images) with access to professional print labs for printed goods, and full printing rights.
Total Session Investment: $350.00 (outdoor location) – $390.00 (studio location)
Photo Turnaround: Guaranteed within 14 days of selection of 25 images
Group Maximum: 4 people (for studio date), 6 people (for outdoor date). Families, couples, and individuals all welcome!
I would recommend booking a full 1-hour portrait session for larger groups.

THE PROCESS:
- Use the above designated link to sign-up for a specific date, location, and time.
- I will follow up within 24-48 hours via email to confirm. To make it official, you will need to return a signed contract, and a $100 non-refundable (but transferable) booking fee (preferred payment method is Zelle – use “Caitlin Ito, caitlin@caitlinalohilani.com” to initiate the booking fee on your end and secure the spot. You may do so after signing up for the Calendly spot).
- Your final payment of $350 will be due the day prior to your mini-session.
- Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to your mini-session. There is no wiggle room to go overtime and accommodate tardiness as sessions with each individual/couple/family will be back-to-back.
- Photos will be shared via an online proofing gallery (with basic color edits) within at maximum, 14 days following your mini-session. You will select your 25 desired images, which I will then complete final post-processing edits on (i.e. full color-correction, cropping, straightening, etc.).
- Final gallery of 25 images will be delivered within 14 days of your self-selection of favorite images.
- If you decide you must have all of the images in your gallery (I usually think they’re all keepers too ;)), you may purchase the entire gallery for an additional $100 or additional single images for $20/image.
