Los Angeles Spring Mini Sessions have been announced to our email list first, and now it’s your turn! There will be 3 total dates offered for the spring, and 2 dates for “motherhood minis,” which means just mommas and their children. All ages of Mom + Child/Children combinations are welcome š Locations will be from Pasadena to Palos Verdes.
Please remember, spring mini sessions in LA are just 20 minute teasers of a full session. Not everything can be accomplished in 20 minutes time, but we still are typically able to create beautiful imagery together in that short amount of time, and I like to offer these as a conveinence and for those who want “just a few” updated family photos at this time. Mini session will not be offered again until the Fall.

Sunday, April 23 at Lower Arroyo Park with an outdoor sheet backdrop setup
DETAILS
Photo Session Length: 20 minutes (15 min for studio sessions)
Group Maximum: 6 people
What’s included:
- 10 high-resolution, digital, color-corrected images of client’s selection from proofing gallery
- Access to alllll the lovely ākeeperā images from your shoot (usually over 40 images!) for printing from your gallery (at additional fee), in addition to your selected digital downloads
- Private online gallery with access to professional print labs for printed goods of any images in gallery (not just the 10 digital downloads)
- $50 print shop credit for ordering prints or other tangible gifts and goods through your online gallery
Session Total Investment: $350.00 ($100 to book, $250 day prior to session)

Gallery Slideshow Turnaround Time: 14 days maximum
Final Gallery will open within a few minutes after you confirm or upgrade your Collection, after viewing your slideshow. You’ll have 24 hours from the moment of clicking the link to view your slideshow, to decide whether you’re keeping the smallest Collection as is, or upgrading.
HOW TO SIGN UP
- Register for a date and time slot on the relevant scheduling links.
- Receive payment request for $100 booking fee, and contract from Caitlin within 48 hours via email.
- Sign contract, make first payment.
- Receive and complete brief questionnaire.
- Await mini session guide (in the works!)

SESSION DAY + POST
- Payment balance of $250 is due the day prior to your mini session.
- Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your mini-session. There is no wiggle room to go overtime and accommodate tardiness as sessions with each individual/couple/family will be back-to-back.
- Photos will be shared via an online proofing gallery within approximately 14 days following your mini-session. You will select your 10 desired images for download. Should you wish to upgrade your collection for more images, or the full gallery, please see pricing options here.
- Final gallery of images will be opened within minutes of your Collection choice, then you can shop away with your print credit and choose your favorite images for digital download!

If you are unable to make your scheduled time slot, you must cancel at least 10 days in advance to be able to apply your retainer funds to a future full priced 1-hour photo session, other photo services, or a mini-session on set dates, within 1 year from the original mini-session date. Otherwise, retainer is deemed liquidated damages and is not refundable. Prices of services and products in gallery are subject to change at any time.
And if 20 minutes isnāt enough for your needs, 1-hour sessions are always available as well. Canāt wait to see you this season!!
